OK, so one glorious morning I went to my lovely kitchen for a bowl of cereal.  That's when I noticed my Milk was room temperature.  Dammit, I need to get my fridge fixed....but in the meantime I still want this cereal.  So, I thumbed through my book of tricks and thought.....Ice Cubes, that will make this milk cold.  Well the Ice was water.  My whole morning was screwed. As usual when I need something I turn to the wonderful world of Yelp and found At Ur Service.  Called them up and set up an appointment.  Matt came out the next day and hooked me up. He took a look at my fridge, told me what was wrong and fixed it.  YAY.  And for a great price.  Who can beat that.  Being a single woman, finding a company like At Ur Service... that does a great job and won’t take advantage of you financially is a Godsend. When my Washing Machine started leaking....Guess who I called?  My mom!  Well cause I needed her to bring me a towel to get up some of the water.  Then I called Matt again. The customer service, price, and quality of work is exceptional.  I fully recommend At Ur Service to any and everybody in the area.

We have had a bit of bad luck with our appliances, but we can always call on Matt @ At Ur Service to make things right.  Today, the manufacturer had listed the gasket number to our washing machine in error.  It took Matt approximately 2 hours to find the one we needed but he did it!  I would highly recommend Matt and At Ur Service- fair, honest and won't stop until the job is done right!

Both my oven and refrigerator decided to stop working at the same time. I called At Ur Service and spoke with Matt. He came right over and was able to diagnose the problems right away. When the parts arrived he came back when he said he would and in short order had everything working better than new. I have dealt with a number of appliance repair businesses over the years but I have NEVER found one this good. I highly recommend At Ur Service and Matt for good service, good prices, and a pride of workmanship second to none.

Two weeks ago, we had John for At Ur Service repair our washing machine. It took him about 2 hours to diagnose the problem and he had to take the washer apart to find out that the pump hose had a slice in it.  We received an estimate and even though John had to come back the next day, as he waited for a replacement part, the estimate was never increased.  He also made our dryer vent more efficient and safer at no extra cost.  John was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend their service if your appliance problems and have already given out their name and number to employees where I work.

Ge Side by Side when out this Tuesday, called At Ur Service Appliance Repair they came out the same day. Found out that I had a defrost problem, (heater) was replace and still running like a champ! Will be sure to use them in the future for my appliance needs!

This is really as good as it gets!!!! My refrigerator started acting up and my wife decided to call some cheapo from CL, well he charged us a s*it load to come and check it out and fixed it (right!) he was not able to fix it the 3 times he was here. He said the refrigerator was no longer good and that we should start looking for another one he even pulled the " I have a friend that can sell you one". We purchased this refrigerator about 2 1/2 yrs ago and my wife loves it so "I" looked on line and came across At UR Service Appliance Repair call them, the guy over the phone was very attentive and helpful, we went ahead and set up an appointment for that same day (which I was not expecting, but was very pleased with it) 4pm came and he was on time, he was clean and very friendly. He then proceeded to start working on my refrigerator and within and hr he SHOWED me what the problem was he had to order the part and said he would be back the following day at 1pm. Next day he was here, with part in hand and within a couple of hrs it was up and running!!!!!  Wife was happy to we all know if wife is not happy no one else can be happy. I will recommend this company to all my buddies at work ....LOL. Thanks AT UR Service

I was very pleased to have found this company, I manage a few apartment complex in the Inland and Orange County and when our usual appliance guy started acting funny with prices and detailing why or what he had done to the machines, we knew he was just milking us. At UR Service was referred to us by another realty company that they had previously had done work for and they were pleased with them, so much that they told us about him. We call, they showed up on time, went over what the problems were and fixed them. They are definitely are our go to appliance repair service from now on....

I was skeptical on calling an appliance repair company since all you can expect this days are money hungry people who all they want is to squeeze as much money from you!!!! Well after much debate on whether I should call or buy a new one, I decided to call and VERY glad I did. I was treated very nicely from the start, I was told how, when and what to expect. no hidden fees or up selling. He came diagnosed, worked and fixed my Kitchen Aid wall oven. I needed a dryer heating coil. When?  On Laundry day of course.  Called [them]... He came within 2 hours, replace the coil, and another $5.00 part that would have cost a lot more if it had gone, and cleaned up after himself.  He was professional, friendly, and very reasonable.   This same work would have cost me double what he charged me. I would highly recommend this individual.

I was browsing CL for a new to me washer and dryer because my washer was no longer working and my dryer was taking too long to dry my clothes. Call [them] because not only does he repair appliances but sells refurbished appliances, any way I called to see if he had a set available and even do he did he offer to repair mine and explaining it would also be more affordable that buying a set. So trusting his reviews and his word of course he serviced my washer and dryer and within 2hrs he was done!! Showed me what was wrong with my washer, explained why my dryer was taking longer than normal, gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again. Best of all it was not expensive at all and gave me a 30 day warranty. Thanks and I will call you for any future problems I have with any of my appliances.
